So, this is it! I made it back to Newcastle in one piece (as did my soap stone). It's been an unbelievable experience for me, I've met so many people, seen so many horrors but also learnt a lot about how we can move forward to help. I've got hours and hours of work ahead of me this week, doing the post processing of 1600 photos. We're planning a reunion in about 2 weeks time to discuss our next step, and I'd like to have 100ish of the best shots selected to present to the team. I'd like to say a big thank you to Val and Gordon for arranging this trip, and for inviting me to take part. It's unbelievable what Team Kenya has achieved in Ndhiwa, and I wish them all the best for the future. Val for Prime Minister!
