My name is Lisa Achieng, I am 22 years old, I am a member of the Girls Support Group. Team kenya has helped many girls in my village. They sponsored me when I was twelve years old in primary school and upto date they still do. I am third year at the University of Nairobi. They have changed my life. The dreams I had in life have been fulfilled. I wanted to be a Lecturer at the University level and soon my dreams will be true. Thanks very much team kenya for the love you have shown to many poor girls in my village.Over hundred girls in my village can now speak English and Kiswahili well because you gave them the necessary support they needed in life. Many women live a peaceful life through the help you have given them. The Ceramic Jiko project has greatly improved their lives. They can now use Charcoal instead of firewood which cause many chest diseases through soot. Thanks very much for computer trainings you gave the women and above all thanks for the Women reading group, which has made the illiterate to know how to read and write. I confess that my mum can now use computer without any difficulty. YOU ARE GREAT PEOPLE. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
