WHEN THINGS GO WRONG WHO TO CARE? vincent Apr 16

One day I met a drunken old man. He was trembling that people watching him from far would think that he was operating an apneumatic machine, walking was a problem in that when one step made foward the next backward. The calculation could show zero distance covered. Later at his home I realized that the family members went hungry without food while him drinking and spending out.
Further consultation with him, he claimed that he was stressed up with family affairs. Do alcohol clears stress? Think about it. His daughters whom he really neglected since he believed that male children are the strong hold helped him home while the sons didn't saying that their dad required no help as they never helped him take the alcohol glass to his mouth. Old man later realized that the kids are equal and the girls are even more considerate than boys.As a reader what is your opinion? Keep in it in your mind don't speak it out.

In anything you are doing , you shoul always take control in that too much of it as we all believe is dangerous.
Parents should be responsible in that you can't afford money for the liqour while the family members go hungry.
Stress cannot be finished by drinking alcohol because after becoming sober, your mind will still have the problem even more fresher than it was.
Kids in todays society are equal, and parents should not ignore any gender.
My opinion is that the concerned should come together to help the girl child in African communities.
Vincent.

Thanks for this Vincent , it is my hope that NCEDP can work to improves the lives of girls in Ndhiwa . We need young men like you with enlightened attitudes towards girls to spread the word amongst the community and give the girls & young women a fair chance .
