Welcome back Boniface ! Team Kenya are delighted that a long time friend and colleague  who has worked extensively with the community in Ndhiwa is now working full time for Team Kenya. Boniface Lwanda will lead the team in Ndhiwa , we are very fortunate to have such an  experienced , knowledgable ,capable professional providing leadership and support to the team and whole community .

Welcome to Caroline and Steve two new members of the team in Kenya :

Steve Ogaye joined us  in October 2009 , he leads the Karibuni Eco-cottages team and provides professional  support and advice to the Karibuni ladies .He has a wealth of  knowledge and recent experience in the tourism industry in Kenya. He is also a very keen birdwatcher .

Caroline has recently graduated from Moi University with a degree in Tourism Management , and is passionate about girls rights and gender equality . She is an inspirational role model as leader of our girls group and also manages our sponsored students program and support Steve at the Eco cottages.

Strategy

We seek to do this by identifying critical needs, facilitating appropriate planning, organizing training for capacity building on ICTs, promoting self reliance, sustainability and participatory monitoring and evaluation on a continuous basis.
